Per the United Nation’s Creative Economy Report 2008: The challenge of assessing the creative economy towards informed policy-making, ‘creativity’ is associated with originality, imagination, inspiration, ingenuity, and inventiveness. Innate creativity is an inner characteristic of all individuals to be imaginative and to express ideas. Associated with knowledge, these ideas are the essence of intellectual capital. Creativity contributes to a more varied world and to the cultural diversity of humanity and can serve as a basis for sustainable development.
